1. Problem

Amanah was struggling with manual HR processes, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and a lack of transparency. Without a centralized system for managing employee data, leave, performance, and payroll, the company faced time-consuming administrative tasks and a diminished employee experience.

2. Discovery

Through consultations with Amanah and thorough market research, we identified key pain points in their existing HR processes, such as the need for a user-friendly interface, better integration with attendance systems, and enhanced mobile accessibility. We also recognized the necessity for a system that could accommodate the specific roles and responsibilities of different user types within the organization.
